I was lucky enough to be Co-EP on Disney's STUGO. created by Ryan Gillis, Stugo follow six overachieving kids who are tricked by a mad scientist to travel to her island and fix her space laser. (They think they are attending a summer science camp). Once the job is done the kids are left to fend for themselves among the mutants, monsters and other hazards of the island.
As Co-EP I assisted Ryan in running the show and was a key creative contributor in all aspects of the show, especially generating story concepts, writing and directing. Having had run a similar show (The Mighty Ones) I was able to provide Ryan with an experienced perspective on the production, and I helped the team strategize and problem solve over the course of the season.
We produced 40x11 episodes of Stugo at Titmouse animation in Burbank CA. Animation was provided by Snipple in the Philippines.
Stugo is a fantastic show and I'm really proud to have played a part in bringing it to life!
